Villa Anna is officially registered with the Registro de Turisme de Catalunya under the number HUTG-073906-66.
Our local agent will collect the Catalonia tourist tax at their office during the registration process and collection of keys. This must be paid in cash 1 euro per person, per night for adults over 17 years old, for a maximum of 7 days.

The villa sleeps up to 6 guests with additional space for travel cots. The capacity of 6 guests (excluding infants in travel cots) must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Additional guests and parties are not allowed, sub-renting any of the facilities is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate your stay if these terms are not followed.

Villa Anna is a non-smoking property. Please refrain from smoking or lighting candles inside the villa.

To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required, which also signifies your acceptance of the rental and cancellation policies. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before your arrival. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of your reservation, and the deposit will be forfeited. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival, the full amount is required to secure your booking.

Your total booking amount will include a 200 Euro deposit, which will be refunded 7 days following your stay provided no damage or breakage is found. We kindly request that any accidents or damages be reported immediately to avoid disputes.

We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or injury to guests. We ask that you securely close and lock all windows and doors when leaving the villa and be mindful of energy use by turning off exterior lights at night.

In the event of a cancellation:
- More than 12 weeks prior to arrival: you will lose your deposit.
- If you have paid in full and need to cancel, only the security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded, as we will not have time to secure another booking.
